I contacted Platts for a suit hire at admittedly really short notice. I cannot state enough how fantastic the service i recieved was. As others have said, nothing was too much trouble. The service was professional, friendly and above all rapid. The suit was very high quality and the prices were really competitive. I will definitely return and encourage others to do the same.

Platts were fantastic. Suits, shirts and shoes all provided and fitted perfectly. Cannot fault their customer service. Major alterations and adjustments for some suit wearers and delivered well in advance of date to ensure the day was comfortable and perfect. 10/10!

WOW, what a fantastic place. Jamie and the team are fantastic. If you are looking for a suit for any occasion this is the place to go. We went in just looking for a wedding suit for me and the 2 boys. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. There is no pressure to buy and you can try as many suits on if you like. Jamie will give his expert opinion on the suit. They will alter the trouser, waistcoat etc so it the best fit possible. I will certainly be recommending Platts.

If you are looking for wedding attire, then look no further. We dropped on Platt’s at a wedding fayre almost 3 years ago, as a result we attended the shop in Crewe and quickly decided on the suits we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie. He even managed to source the same jacket for my nephew so that we looked the same on our big day. The suits were cleaned and professionally presented for us 8 days before the wedding. Jamie makes the process very simple and has great customer service skills. The whole process from start to finish is top quality.

The entire process to get our wedding suits was made so easy by the staff at Platts. Fittings were arranged and then the suits were tailored perfectly ready for the wedding. Couldn't be happier and can't recommend them enough.
